Payment Methods
The Fyah Beats Store accepts credit/debit cards and payment through PayPal.com . If a credit card company, or PayPal.com account, is being used for a transaction, Fyah beats may obtain pre-approval from the credit card/debit company or from PayPal (as the case may be) for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to your credit/debit card or to your PayPal account occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.
Return Policy
All Sales are final. On occasion, technical problems may delay or prevent delivery of your Product. Your exclusive and sole remedy with respect to the Product that is not delivered within a reasonable period will be either replacement of such Product, delivery by alternative delivery method, as determined by Fyah Beats. Otherwise, no refunds are available.

The Fyah Beats Store delivers some products which are maintained and represented by third party sellers in our marketplace. As we make every effort to verify the quality and accuracy of the Products represented in our store, it may be possible for a download to vary significantly from its representation. If the download you receive is not the Product represented by your purchase as determined by Fyah Beats, we make the following guarantee to the buyer:
We will make available, free of charge, another download link to the correct Product , or if the correct Product cannot be made available, we will refund 100% of the purchase price to the buyer including any taxes paid. Any claim to faulty product must be made within 3 days of the date of purchase to qualify for any refund. If a claim is made after 3 days from the date of purchase, it will be in the sole discretion of Fyah Beats to either provide a refund for faulty products, or provide a credit toward another purchase.
