Q.I purchased a instrumental but did not receive, it what should i do?
A.All beat purchases come with instant digital delivery, so if you did not receive a download link within an hour of your purchase, here are a couple things to check: 1) Make sure that your payment is not pending. If you sent an e-check or your payment has not been accepted, your purchase will be sent after the transaction is complete. 2) Check your junk/spam mail folder. Sometimes your purchase will get filtered into your junk mail. – If you still haven’t received your purchase, please contact us.

Q.I puchased Mixing & Mastering but have not received any of my songs, what should i do?
A.We usually deliver all audio mixing and mastering projects with in 3 to 5 days, please make sure you send your music files to the correct email provided for your project. All finished songs are delivered via drop box or hightail str8fyahservices@gmail.com

Q.Will the beats i purchase be sent with vocal taggs?
A.Generally No, but we do sometimes send voice tags in the beginning of non-exclusive tracks. Premium and exclusive licenses are free of audio vocal taggs. Once your purchase is complete, the beats will be sent to your e-mail instantly with the audio tags removed based on license.

Q.I dont want anyone else to have a song on the same beat. Can i purchase exclusive rights?
A.If an exclusive price is not available for the beat your are interested in or you would like to inquire further about an exclusive rights purchase, please contact us.

Q.Do i still retain my non exclusive rights if someone buys the same beat exclusively?
A.Yes as long as your purchase was made before the same track was sold exclusively. You retain your non exclusive rights.
